    In order for this Service to function, we need to store basic details about You. These details are only stored if you log into the application. The login functionality is provided by integrations to third-party services, such as Discord.

    We presently collect and store the following information when a Visitor, uses the application:

    • "public" metadata related to that account, such as the metadata about your avatar, or other basic profile information
    • "semi-public" metadata related to that account, such as your third-party account's unique identifier (if it is different from your username)
    • an identifier, which is linked to your third-party identifier, so we can reference your account consistently within this application

    The NoctBot website has no tracking cookies, however, it does use session cookies for authentication. These are necessary and essential to the functioning of the Service. You will only receive such a cookie if you decide to log into the Service via a supported third-party authentication provider (such as "Discord").

    We reserve the right to add tracking cookies in the future, without notice to you, should our marketing needs change. This policy would be updated at that time to reflect such a change.

    NoctBot uses commercially acceptable means of protecting information. However, due to the nature of Internet applications, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and this Service cannot guarantee its absolute security.

    This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, you are advised to review the Privacy Policy of those websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

    The Service does not intend to store the personal information of children. In the event we discover that a child has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your child has provided personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take appropriate action.

    If you believe we have data you wish to be removed, contact us via email or on our Discord. We will remove the information as soon as is reasonably possible. Please be aware that if you start using the application again after we have removed your information, your information will be stored again.
